I hate my Ex girlfriend :

        Let’s face it, there is nothing worse than dealing with an ex that you hate. There are many reasons you can go from like or even love to hating someone. Usually, after a breakup, the initial phase is hate. Maybe she cheating on you and you can’t even stand to live in the same town as she does. Maybe she did something else that really turned your feelings around. Whatever it is, you need to quit saying “I hate my ex girlfriend” and get on with your life.

        The first step of getting over it all is to simply forgive. Even if she did the most horrendous thing in the world to you, just tell yourself that you are going to forgive her. It may take some time. Some people need months or years to fully forgive someone. But, if you start telling yourself you do right now, the process will begin and could take less time than you’d think.

        Secondly, try to avoid her at all costs. Don’t go to places you know she will be. Don’t hang out in the same groups. The less you have to look at her, the less you will think about her and why it is you hate her after all. When you can have that distance, you will find you could care less about her and likely won’t think about her at all.

         If you can do these things, you will stop saying “I hate my ex girlfriend” and start moving on with your new and better life without her.
